What after-sales service do we usually have if we buy your plastic machinery?
We offer a one year warranty on our machines. Within this period, if anything goes wrong with the machine, we will quickly solve the problem via mail, phone, and/or video telephone, etc.
For any damaged parts, we offer free replacement parts for customers, provided that they return the used parts for replacing.
We can send our technicians abroad to work on machines, provided that clients pay for air tickets, accommodations, and a 200 dollar daily wage for the workers.
